A free 15 minute consultation is given to all new clients booking an appointment and a review of your progress will be carried out at the start of all subsequent appointments.

 

Payment Method

Serene Moments Therapy Clinic - you can pay by cash and from 1 July 2011 we will be accepting all major debit and credit cards.

Please note a handling fee of 1.25% will be added to all credit card transactions

When you book a course of treatments, you do have the option of paying in full prior to commencement of the course.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you miss an appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice, you may still be charged the full cost of the treatment.
